Usage

BascetAggregateGECCO(bascetRoot, inputName = "gecco", includeCells = NULL, ...)

Arguments

bascetRoot: The root folder where all Bascets are stored
inputName: Name of input shard
includeCells: Character vector of cell names to include, or NULL for all cells
...: Additional arguments passed to BascetAggregateMap
