Name of the reduction to use

Name of the output UMAP reduction

Distance metric passed to
uwot::umap- n_neighbors
Number of nearest neighbors passed to
uwot::umap- doFast
Use multi-threaded stochastic gradient updates
- seed
Random seed passed to
uwot::umap
